Bad service

First of all this aint my firt bad experience with KFC in Eerste River. Highly upset with their service these days. Once I have placed an order and when I got home and checked the slip I was billed for my order but it was way less zinger wings in the bag. Lef it just like that, BUT yesterday it was the cherry on the cake. Ordered two streetwise two and after enjoying the fries and drumstick I got an black spot/mark on my chicken. Which I never felt comfortable eating. Appetite was really spoilt after that. And at the same time I dont feel like purcasing there any longer coz if its not the fries thats not done yet there is no chicken or the ice cream machine is out of order. This aint customer service at all.
