Bad service

Went to KFC Dobsonville drive thru and we ordered from Sylvia who was very rude and unprofessional and chose to attend to the customer after us while we were waiting,when we were supposed to pay to she asked us what our order is because she does not know what the order was,when we collected the order apparently she gave us the wrong order.The date and time was the 07/10/17 @8:56PM
