Bad service

KFC in Zastron street Bloemfontein..It has now been the third time this week i have placed my order at the drive thru to only find out that i have been incorrectly charged for the incorrect order and i to also confirm that i have received the incorrect order. This excercise takes 20minutes each and every time to sort. There is a lack of management and control. Fed up.. No more for me
