BAD Service

Kfc phumulani, i once bought street wise five at Phumulani mall kfc. The order should include 5 pieces plus two large chips. I got disappointed when i see small chips in my order. I then sent someone to buy the special on Wednesday in which there's 10 pieces and 6 hot wings, when i got home I got 9 of them. Today i sent my brother to buy famaly treat with 8 pieces and he was told that the special is no more and instead he was given another option which was expensive. This should be rectified and i am not the only customer who complains about this bad service.
