Bad service

Hi,

Im a fan of the kfc franchise and i've noticed everytime I go to the kfc in greenpoint, de waterkant to be exact I receive horrible service, they are understaffed...the staff doesnt even bother putting up a smile and doesnt really seem to want to help you for instance last night my partner and I had a sudden craving for kfc so we decided to head to the closest one which was in de waterkant greenpoint, we ordered 2× streetwise 3 2× regular chips, we waited for about 40 min for our order, and the when we got home to our dissappointment the chips was burned and tasted like it was made in old oil the same goes for the chicken and to top it all off I specifically asked for NO WINGS and was even written on our reciept and guess what we found in our streetwise!? WINGS!!! THIS MY FIRST TIME THAT I AM COMPLAINING ABOUT KFC BUT I ASSUME IF I DONT THE SERVICE WILL NOT BE CHANGED AS THE STAFF DOESNT SEEM TO WANT TO LISTEN AT ALL IS THAT WHAT WE ARE PAYING FOR? TO BE TREATED AS BEGGERS?? YOU KNOW WHAT THEY SAY BEGGERS CANT BE CHOOSERS!

so in conclusion untill this issue is resolved im staying as far away from kfc as possible the next think could be food poisining or ecoli from that filthy. Oil im sorry but for KFC in de waterkant im only giving 1 start really the worst experience i've had from a well known franchise such as a kfc .
