Bad Service

My dad is on leave and he decided to buy me lunch and as he was in Fordsburg he went to the store and he bought me 4xDunked wings and a classic twister meal and he also bought my mother lunch and when the food was packed he asked it for it to be packed separately and he delivered my lunch at work (Fourways) and he discovered that the wings he paid for was not in either of the packets called the store and spoke to Lindi who referred me Zintle who assisted my dad and they asked for my father to come back to the store and I explained to them that we stay far and asked if they could arrange with Douglasdale or Bara so we can collect as I have the till slip with me but the manager Zweli was not hearing it and he told me to wait until Saturday so I can meet with one of the employees at Bara which is unacceptable. Please Help, my dad paid for the wings its not fair.
