bad service

i went ro kfc for some dunner <br> i placed a order 19:56 and asked (leroto casher) how long will my order take? lerato replay not long only 3min<br> after about 10min pass i started to ask where is my order and all of a sudden she started she started to pack my order and i then told here that she must tell a customer the right time period what thy will take as it is not 3min but almost 15min the the zinger wings was already cold and she even gave me a coke with no ice and it was hot not even cold that is not the service I'm supposed to get as if we as customers is keeping you on the go <br> <br> just before i placed a order i first went to the loo to wash my hands but sorry no soap and the flour was full of urn and smelt like hell worst night mare at a food restaurant that is not very nice guys!!!! <br> <br> i buy kfc all most ever day for lunch and that is the service and filth toilets i get just before i have to eat <br> i placed an order of all most R200 my bank statements can really proof that eat kfc a lot i would love kfc to contact me i what to know what they have to say for them selves
