Bad service

I will like to inform KFC about one of their stuff her Name Thembi, who her colleagues refused to give me her surname. Thembi she has bad attitude towards customers. it's now getting out of hand, am a regular customer at this branch. But once I get serviced by her my food won't look to KFC standard, I went there this week to buy snack burger and it was her who did the burger, the burger looked horrible, with 1 piece of lettuce and the sauce It looked as if she's didn't even wanna put it. I guarantee even herself I don't think she was gonna eat it.<br> <br> Thanks to the best cashier which he always give 100% service I tend to forget his name but his name start with J and his surname initial is M. He did change the burger for me and he apologies for the service I received. I found the service I got from Thembi was unprofessional. She must love and enjoy what she's doing than giving us the bad service.
