Bad service

I had a very bad experience with KFC Dobsonville. I ordered 150 meal (chips, mash potatoes 6 pieces and zinger wings) I was told the meal is not available due to they don't have a mash potatoes, I asked can try not substitute for coleslaw (cashier said no) I asked for dunked wings (not available also). I ended up buying a meal nearly the same as the one for 149.50, but the was a huge difference... They could have made a notice of all the meals that are not available, and it's ridiculous not to offer a meal because you don't haveash potatoes, why not substitute what is not available. The cashier's name was Priscilla.
