bad service

I bought streetwise2 at kfc Lakeside benoni kempston Avenue they told me to wait 11minutes for the chicken at the parking lot. I waited for 40minutes, I then went back to drive through to ask for my order only to be told the chicken is finished. I've never been so angry.
