BAD SERVICE

I have went to this store a few times. <br> I have always been treated badly.<br> <br> The staff seem to very very ****** at this store.<br> <br> They lie on waiting time of food and let you wait in the parking lot for nothing less than 30 minutes.<br> <br> On the last occasion, i was in the parking lot waiting on food, when i was told that my order will take 3 minutes. After 10 minutes, i phoned the store from the parking lot, and the manager even had attitude when i asked her how it is possible to tell clients there order will take 3 minutes and while you in the parking lot, you see with your own eyes how the staff gives everyone else the same as what you ordered that came after you, but you get told there is a waiting time, and 10 minutes later still no order?<br> <br> I have reported this to the head office a few times as this happened on a few occasions, and nothing is getting done to improve service.<br> <br> How long is this still going to be that the staff gets to treat clients with disrespect and get away with it???
