Bad service

About 2 weeks ago I went to KFC Aspen in PE,it was a late drive from me. I got there and the staff was talking so loud I could hear them from outside. While I was helped with my order the noise continued as if there is nothing wrong. I called and asked for the manager on duty. He was called and the noise was just lowered for awhile. I again asked one of the staff members why they continue with this loud speaking. I told them that it sounded as if they are all gathering in a tavern. This was a sad experience and I don't think customers deserve this treatment. At the very same KFC a week earlier the tables were all dirty and the floors too. I asked the manager how they can served food to people with dirty floors and tables,he just came up with a lame excuse that we short staffed and he will get someone to clean now,the cleaning never happened for the duration of my time at the restaurant. I spoke to Mia one of the managers and they just called me back for a free meal cause they gave me a wrong order on that day.
