bad service

I am having a bad experience with KFC Mansfield in Pretoria, on the 24 January I bought food amounting to R159.60 the so called manager on the day GLORIA , insisted I pay twice even thou I had a slip that said approved, fine they promised to reverse it back in my account with in 24 hours if it reflected twice on their side, I have a case number from the complains call center case no 540212-s2g4mb but still to date I am taken from pillar to post I spend my own petrol and airtime to go claim my funds back but they just not willing to assist
