Bad service

Whenever I make a trip from umkomaas to Scottburgh I stop for a meal. Today I went in to order and the lady behind the counter who was waiting for people before me in line was not sure and looking at the menu. She walked away to do some ells ignoring me as I know what I wanted to order. After a bit she returned and still ignored me while the couple still was not sure I wanted to place my order. She still ignored and then asked who was there first. All this took about 5min. Manager was called and all he said was sorry and what do want to order and not addressing the problem. It's a pity as I DID enjoy shopping there
