Bad service

I tried to make an order for delivery. I was told by the delivery agent from the call centre that they cannot have access to the Silverton system. That to me is pathetic that KFC says they deliver but they cannot access some of the shops systems. What is the use of that store having delivery services if the call centre agents cannot access their system. That is one of the worst service ever from KFC. Now my family is hungry. So I guess that was the first and last time I try to use the KFC delivery and probably their shops. Pathetic, pathetic, pathetic.
