Bad service

Hi I have been living in this area to the past 20years .the KFC has new owners recently n the service sucks.I'm a very regular customer as my kids n I love KFC.its the nearest to my house .the branch.every time we go there they either take to long to serve you or they give u wrong order.on Friday I ordered a burger n I'm a cheese *****..we bout burgers and asked fr cheese.we was given the stuff and bear in mind we can always open d bag at drive thru n check everything. They was asked does it have cheese twice..n answer was yes..I was billed fr cheese but wen we got home bare in mind extremely hungry..only to dam find no cheese at all...the chicken under cooked with blood n water oozing out.n we cant drive all the way back...please this service is unacceptable......thank you
