Bad service

<p>Mokopane Kfc - We took a friend to kfc ... the employee with the name Elisa who helped with the drive through orders had a very bad attitude and was very arrogant ! We asked for the lunchbox. and she added as my friend saw she will not have enough money as on the board with menu the prices was R49 and when we the lady added the two lunch boxes it added up to R110 ... we then asked to remove the lunch boxes and we will rather take 2 streetwise 2's but with the drumsticks and 2 500ml cokes... she then added the streetwise 2's by the lunchboxes... we then told her she is not listening and she then got arrogant and removed the lunchboxes... then she added the cokes after we had to ask 2 times for 500ml cokes... after that she just add a small coke when we asked her to remove it as we did not order it she got more arrogant and we then moved to the window where you pay... we asked for the manager when we got to the manager and explained what happend she said she will talk to her... we then said that is not how it works she need to call her and she needs to say sorry ... she then called her and Elisa was explaining in her language I then asked to please speak english... She got very arrogant again in front of the manager and we decides that we will go to hello peter ! If that is the kind of services you receive then no one will ever go back !!! Firstly the bord was wrong and secondly Elisa was very arrogant and had a bad attitude !</p>
