BAD Service

<p> Once again I experienced bad customer service. Around 20:00 on the 20/03/2017 I went to Blue downs KFC which is approximatley 12-15km from where I stay. I only stopped because my family was hungry and has not made supper yet so decided to get them something to eat. Firstly stoped to place a order and wow the manner in which she takes the order and wonder where customer service and commincation s****s went. I initially wanted to order a family meal but she then said there was no snack burgers, I then took 3 street wise 2 and 8 wings. I then asked for krushers, she said the ice creame is soft I ended up taking 3 caribbean krushers. Got to the next point she asked me to place my order again(what was the point of placing it in the first place) okay moved on. Then gave me krushers without a holder asked for one and said they Waiting on the supplier, now thats enough to **** you off already because im alone driving where should I place it. Getting home family excited hugry and waiting on supper. Only to open the boxes and see that the chips are brown burnt in old oil and taistless, Chicken wet and not at all keeping to the moto of finger linking good. I had no problem with the wings. This has now spoilt my appetite and could not wait to get this review over to the complaints team.
