Bad service

<p>I told my daughter to trust the people that work @ KFC. How wrong was i. Going through a drive through is a race. Firstly her order was mixed up. Ordering Streetwise two, extra piece and 2 twisters and then they try to give her pops and a burger. She requested on three occasions if the extra piece is there. In a drive through you cant open boxes to count your chicken. Getting home what a surprise. One piece of chicken short and this is not for the first time. This is costing customers. Please discuss this with your personal. They need to focus more on there work.</p>
