Bad Service

<p>I've loved KFC since forever, or let me say for as long as I can remember. I've always Added Hope when I bought something and whenever I had an issue or complaint I would ask for someone in charge, but because it was a bit busy and I was in a rush I did not have time for that. </p> <p> </p> <p>Like I said it was busy and I understand that, I got no customer service from the KFC staff at all, except for our cashier Yonela. I have no problem with our meals which were prepared Mluniso or something, I didn't get the name right from the board. I'm just not happy with the way Loyiso handled our ice creams, it's a pity I didn't get the name of the lady who was him in making our creams. </p> <p> </p> <p>Firstly my Oreo Crusher was halfway full as per normal, and secondly the cones with flake and plain were one twirl, thirdly not to mention that there were no Ice Cream Holders :'( [those red cardboard things with KFC written on them ]. I was so shocked because I've never experienced that. And when I asked him about the colder, he was so ash about it and mumbled something which I never even heard.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was really disappointed. As much as I love KFC, but we all know it's the small things, or should I say small detail that counts. If Loyiso or the lady who helping him make the ice creams had any Customer Service in them, they would've apologised firstly or should I say beforehand instead of what happened, I wouldn't of been typing this.</p>
