Bad service

<p>KFC should seriously train their employees what customer service is its like they employ ppl I dnt knw from were .Ordered 8 zinger wings was told to wait a minute, after waiting was told they are coming in 5min bare in mind that this ppl had attitude I enquire again n that other person told m to wait 30min there are stii going to be cooked imagine after waiting 20min I was made a fool . I asked for refund the lady who was suppose to authorise asked m y am I in a hurry like I'm suppose to wait there the whole day.. She went up n down the stoire be4 giving me my refund. I'm sorry but KFC management should reali try ur staff on customer service.</p>
