BAD Service

I recently made a purchase at KFC Spar Belhar Sa***. Date 23/04/2016. Purchase amount R113.80. The service was not bad just the usual however the food that was provided was not to our satisfactory. My closest KFC is Belhar Airport mall just 1km away because of having so many bad experiences there I would rather drive 6km for food that my partner and I will enjoy. Starting with the 6 pieces of Chicken I bought were wet and not fried well done and suposed to be mash and gravy that was then only gravy. The 4 wings and loafs were fine enjoyed that part of our meal. This was already when I was home there was no point of driving back and this has not been the first time im complaining of that branch in the past I was just told sorry for the service if thats the case you will You will be loosing a customer. I will defintley not recommend anyone else there.
