bad service

I visit the drive through at about 01:14 at the order point I waited to give my order nobody answered I hooted still no respond .I then drive to the second window a lady by the name of Akhona step to the window ,so I asked her why didn't she answer the intercom for my order .her reply was she only started the shift (01:20 was the time cause I checked my watch)<br> then I ordered two streetwise two wit 8 wings then she told me they just drop the chicken and it going to take 17 min but with an attitude<br> then on top of i waited till 01:31<br> and this is not the first time <br> even on Sunday night the 10 round about the same time I ordered 1 crunch burger and 4 wings they packed 4 crunch burger and no wings and they also said that there's no chicken <br> also on a previous occasion there was no chicken so they said I must wait about 15 min so I waited while waiting I asked for a cup of coffee the casher said I just reminded her to clean the coffee machine<br> <br> I mean if you run 24hours you must serve the customer not telling them there's no chicken or coffee <br> clearly these staff does not know about good quality service<br> they must go for quality costumer training to understand the importance of
