Bad service

KFC Matatiele long station I ordered and saw it as full and ask at door how long it will take However an 30 minutes later as adviced we went back and to our surprise the screen displaying orders was not being used and we had to que so they can prepare our order and give it to us and to our surprise we left and got home burnt rolls and some items missing
