Bad service

KFC happen to be my favorite fast food restaurant whenever I want to grab something to eat during my lunch time. Last week Thursday I went to buy lunch for me and my colleque, only to find that the order is not correct, I ordered 3 streetwise 1 mash and gravy and mini loaf and a street wise 2 with a mini loaf. The order didn't have even 1 mini loaf knor s****s to eat mash and gravy with. Today I ordered streetwise 2 and a mini loaf, only when I get to work ,the streetwise 2 didn't have chips and the mini loaf . After waiting on the Que for a long time reason being only 1 cashier was on the till and she happened to be a trainee. I called the KFC manager by the name of Phumudzo to explain my frustration to him. The manager just said he apologize, when I come to KFC he will give me a street wise 1. He kept on giving excuse after excuse. I'm so annoyed.
