Bad service

I visited a KFC shop on the 26th of january 2020 and i was helped by Karabo,i bought 10 zinger wings and asked Karabo to put more of the bigger wings and i will add money if need be,she then askesd one of the ladies who packs the food to do so but then she became very rude and aggressive and she asked me if i have a farm which provides big sized wings and if i take the big wings who will agree to take the small ones.

I then asked for her name so that i can escalate her bad attitude to the branch manager,she refused to give it to me.

I dont understand why i should be given bad attitude and nasty service for something i was willing to pay extra money for.its not like i was asking Karabo to do a favour for me which is ********.i believe i should have been told in a polite manner if what i was asking for was not permitted by the company.

So i urge KFC to look into this matter and give feedback because this was really a bad experience for me and i wont let any of my friends and family to go there anymore
