bad service

Hi <br> <br> My mother and I was at kfc nigel on the 25th april and I was shocked what I saw, we went throught the drive through and first the lady that was pqcking the food into the containers was wipeing her nouse the whole time and sies man I dont want that on my food and then our food was taking so long that I had to swich my car off for the wait every one behind us food was finished but ours not we only ordered bouble take times two and ice cream with flakes then while we are waiting for our food they dont have flakes infront so they have to run to the back by that time the ice cream is melting in the guys hand I told him I dont want that one so he made me a new one but what the hell happend if they dont have stock there service sucks you guys must realky train your staff better not to be in there face and nouses sies man how can you guys do business like that I am not one that complains ever but that was just nasty really
