Bad service

To day I have done an online order to Kfc ottery at the Sadol garage place an order for a 9 piece which is R99 however the add is saying if you spend 77rand and more you get an extra piece we ordered 4, 9 piece buckets and confirm on entry level and it was confirmed yes that we will get an extra piece with each bucket. Just to find out by collection that we needed to place all the orders individually. I request to see the manager on duty he did not have the decency to come he sent one of his workers. Which was very unprofessional after 45 minutes of insisting to see the manner he came out ...I am disappointed in the service which we received a manager who is afraid to confront or assist his customers should not be in a managers role. The service wad poor and I will never ever recommend anyone to kfc ottery.
