Bad service.

Good day, I received horrible service at Empangeni loftime I waited for 33minutes yet my order was ready and the lady named Nonhlanhla was busy saying it's not out yet while it was in front of her. I waited and longer than I should've and they told me I was not their only customer who has bought. It was Sat. 28/03/2026 my order number 1970. When I asked her how far is my order she told me I have just bought I only wanted to know so I could go out an run my other errands as it was half day in some places they were closing earlier I ended up not completing some of my errands as this waisted time.
