Bad Service

Today I went to KFC Richards Bay to buy 2 x Streetwise and 3 x Bucket for 1. Unfortunately I than misplaced my receipt which I need to submit at work as it was staff meals. I than went back to the branch to request for the reprint but the branch is telling me that they can't do a reprint. I am failing to understand as too in 2022 which company or system cannot do a reprint. I am so disappointed and now in trouble at work coz now I do not have receipts to produce.
