Bad service

I waited for a long time at KFC fochville. I was order number 134, 8 piece family treat. I went there on the 24th Dec 2022 in the evening because I was hungry. This was a biggest mistake of my life. A spoiler of my christamas eve.

The service was bad, the attitude was bad, after an hour of waitinf for food we were told our orders have alot of meat that they cant provide immidietly. Me and the other customer asked for a refund.

I only have one thing to say. I will stay away from that outlet for a year or two. I am very careful about my happiness. KFC must not make me sad and if that is the case I will eat other take aways from competition that knows customer service.
