Bad service

I was at KFC maponya mall, I ordered well at 19:00, went to the collection point. I waited for my number to be called out till 19:30. When I asked, it was then they told me that I have to wait in line for the food like I was buying fat cakes at kasi. Atleast when I was buying they told me I wouldn’t have wasted my time, they were soooo rude. It was order number 134. They even served people they came way long after I bought my food.
