Bad service

Poor service at KFC cosmo city,I waited for my order for about an hour and I was passed off and asked for my refund. Still I had to fight for what's mine. Cashier by the name of Bongani he so bad that when I asked for my cash back, he had the guts to tell me the meat is coming.
