Bad serve

Why it is that KFC branch in Newton park cape road let the customers wait in line for a while just to. Let us know they have nothing to sell to us when we get to the ordering point.... We're they closed? We're. They out of food? We wouldn't know because we weren't told... We were just told we don't have anything to sell... This is ****ty service I'm sorry.... Please tell me what KFC has good serve I really want to know because I can't find one in pe... Sort this out management please how many cars had to turn around because there were no boards on to say we closed or what so dam ever I'm ****ed man....
