Bad serice and rasicm

In Mookgophong branch i made an online order all in one feast. Came there long waiting lines eventually when i got infront they had to search for the order and could not find it. So the got it and i asked for thyse and breasts as it is for 2 old people i waited another 15 for the order and remember i made that order online about half an hour before...... I asked again is the pieves correct because im leaving for the farm. Yes they said.

At home it was a mixed box so 3 pieces we had to give to the dogs the mash was sour so we had to trow it away and also the salad. The chips was perfect. When I phone the branch the were arragant and rude stating I must bring it back I explained i live almost 40km away i cant just drive in

Your staff also became rasistic towards me when i said im not happy they rep**** normally you white peoeple are never satisfied??
