Bad rude unprofessional KFC customer service

Rude unprofessional client service from KFC Glen Marais Kempton Park. I lodged a complaint after ordering food from Mr D and they delivered wrong order. I was phoned today at 17:14 from KFC the manager insinuating im not telling the truth. And how must i take a picture of flavour please educate me. And yes i dropped the phone its my choise not to listen to false rude accutations.
