Bad Response & Service!!! - KFC

I put in a complaint against the shocking quality of food and service I received from KFC, Scottburgh as well as KFC, Head Office. The franchise owner of KFC, Scottburgh phoned me to apologize and replace the meal. I told him that I was on holiday in Pennington at the time and I live in Johannesburg! He said there was nothing he could do except replace the meal!!! My question to him was "Are you going to post it to me"!!! He said he was then unable to assist me!!! So much for such a huge Fast Food Franchise - KFC, I am afraid your service is shocking!!!
