Bad quility of food

So me and my fiance went to our local KFC Fochville Gauteng, ordered myself a wicked zinger box meal and my fiance a crunch burger and small pops. Came home opened up our meals and the crunch burger was of such bad quility the bun for starters just crumbles away you could actually see how bad it looked. Then the lettuce looks like it have been cooked for days, not fresh at all. A few people in the area has been complaining about the quility of the KFC but now i have also experienced it. Unhappy.
