Bad quality service

Hi, I recently received a KFC Orlando delivery and was really disappointed with both the packaging and the quantity/quality of the food.

Firstly, the packaging was poorly handled—the fries were spilling everywhere, and everything looked carelessly thrown together. It gave the impression that no care was taken in packing the order.

Secondly, the portion sizes were underwhelming for the price paid. The wrap looked half-filled and the fries portion was small and cold by the time it arrived.

To make things worse, I ordered a regular Coke and received Coke No Sugar instead. It might seem like a small detail, but it’s frustrating when the order isn’t respected—especially when it’s not what I wanted. It’s starting to feel like orders that come through Uber Eats aren’t taken seriously.

This was disappointing all around. I hope you’ll look into it and take steps to improve the quality and attention given to delivery orders.

To make matters worse, I paid extra for dipping sauces, and the quantity I received was embarrassingly small. For the extra cost, I expected a proper portion—not just a tiny amount that barely covered anything.

This experience left me feeling disappointed and like my order wasn’t valued at all. I hope this can be looked into, and that better care is taken moving forward—because this isn’t the level of service I expect from a brand like KFC.
