Bad quality of food recieved

I placed an order in the KFC in Isandovale the quality of food i got is very dissapointing the bun is hard and the fillet inside is hard and very dark that moment i ordered via Uber eat do you know how expensive it is just to get this depressing food and some items are missing as well im very angry i demand my refund and an apology I'll throw this trash in the bin
