Bad quality of food at Kfc merebank/ Kfc west street

I purchased a zinger burger meal from kfc merebank today, once opening it up i noticed the burger patty was dark brown and either over fryed or re-fryed. The burger was very crunchy and tasted horrible, seems like your food is going from bad to worse at Kfc merebank. This is the second time i have purchased a zinger burger of this terrible quality in 2 weeks, your kfc in west street also seems to be carrying the same poor quality of food. Your kitchen staff can cleary see the quality of food being processed however they continue to push the order through. We are paying for our meals, your staff surely will not eat what you sell us but we must pay for it and we are expected to eat it with a smile? This is really bad service i will not be purchasing anything from Kfc merbank and Kfc west street Durban.
