Bad quality

as a loyal and regular customer I'm disappointed with chicken this time around taste, texture and quality today was just not pleasant especially eating the kfc bucket since im a fan because of my family and would like you to review on the quality.. Customer service still satisfactory but can you not kill the quality of kfc especially for KFC *****s..
