bad quality

I thought they would change it will only be once in a while they actually give food up to standard, I'm dissapointed I've worked for mcds for 6 years u would expect them to have quality in the food they make or serve, like few min ago I bought a zinger burger meal then asked the person behind the counter after I already placed order can u please remove the tomoto as I knew burgers they keep in holding bin they keep for way to long. She takes the burger that they already placed in my order bag take to a manager which I know removed the tomoto by hand then gave it back to me.. saying is this ur burger.... not to make a scene I just accepted my order seein as it there busy time by 12:00. What I'm trying to say customer service means u take that burger nd discard it coz it was way to long in that food bin as when I opened the box u could see it was a dried up chicken fillet no sauce. U would make the customer a new one if they ask no tomato or lettuce coz maybe a customer can be allergic u don't know.... you would have a bigger scene if a customer was allergic nd had a reaction... bad service coz u did it in front of me coz how can I take u few seconds just to remove a tomato. ....
