Bad quality

I bought a family feast late in the area 7pm drove home. When we had to eat the meat was raw had blood inside. I called them they told to drive there and get another meal. I explained that I only drive once a month as it is far for me to drive. They told when I should come to them. That was it no apology nothing.#Win
