Bad quality

I went to KFC on 14 April 2015. We ordered 16 dunked wings 4 crunch burger and a double take. I was shocked to see that the dunked wings don't have much sauce on and neither did the crunch burgers. It had a small blob of sauce in the centre of the bun which was the size of 3 peas grouped together. That small. The burger was so dry I had to put on my own mayonnaise at home to be able to eat it. And that not even talking about how small the piece of chicken was. Your crunch burgers are no more as good as what it was. It is starting to look like a normal snack burger small with little bit of lettuce with barley any sauce. I really hope that this will change as I really love going to KFC
