Bad product and service

KFC Sandton view shopping center gave me the worst experience i have had in years, I went through the drive through today Tuesday the 9th Of June at lunch time and i was served bad smelling chicken and the manager and staff where very ****y .I was not offered a replacement meal but a refund with out any concern to the issue of bad food .This service is just bad .and worse its the second incident at the same branch .SHAME ...
