BAD & PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

So the hole situation is, i have send an email online with a complaint the 2nd Oct, no feedback for a week. I contacted them again on Facebook on the 9th Oct. I get told i will be contacted by the customer team. Gave them another week. Now its the 16th October, contacted them again, get told the team will follow up. And today 17th October, no feedback as yet. Calling the customer line, no one answers and it just rings. When someone does pick up, sounds like a bunch of giggling and talking in their language. What more can i do?
