Bad orders received

I bought a box master meal original only to get box master dunked zinger,I confirmed with the person assisted me and he confirmed that its a normal chicken fillet. after opening I get dunked zinger. I cant even take it back cause my lunch is finished. Training is required and only good employees with knowledge should assist PLEASE
