Bad online service

Well. Its been 2.5 hours since i have made my order. I made a online order on you app like i always do. Money was paid from my bank acount with no food delivered. Between my wife and myself we called customer care service with no hope with calls been dropped. We have never in our life experienced such bad service. Just too let you know my wife went to KFC In tears on her anniversary sorting out this **** she was worried about our daughter not having dinner. Well done KFC. You have made our 13th anniversary a nightmare.... After trying to sort this all out we only received our dinner at 21:30 It was then only that they realized the oder came thru. Just Wow..
