BAD ONLINE EXPERIENCE

On Saturday, 30 October 2021 , I placed an order on KFC app online after almost two hours , my order was cancelled by them and i was not given a reason for cancellation and on top of that i was told i will only receive my money after , 7 days , just like that and I don't think that is fair i used my money and they cancelled and i have to be punished by waiting for my money and i am still waiting , i have never even receive a courtesy call that we busy with your refund , i am never using that app.
